In general, the delivery time of your shipment can be determined using the following formula:

Estimated delivery time = Product availability + Estimated shipping time of chosen Shipping Method.

The Expected Ship Out Date is the day that we estimate your order will leave our warehouse, and can be determined using the greatest number of days in the "availability" range of the items in your order. The Expected Ship Out Date is also marked on the Order Confirmation e-mail sent to you after placing your order.

Orders are shipped via international couriers, which operate in most countries. Orders may also be shipped using EMS (Express Mail Service), UPS or DHL, which is delivered via local post offices. Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments. Cosmendy will use its discretion to determine the best courier for each order, and reserves the right to change couriers without prior notice.

All orders shipped using Express Shipping come with a tracking number or code supplied by the selected courier, such as UPS, FedEx, EMS or DHL. Tracking numbers and relevant links can be found in "My Account" under the Shipping and Tracking section of shipped orders in your Order History.

All shipments returned to Cosmendy are considered “undeliverable”. Reasons for undeliverable shipments include incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempts by the post office provider (i.e., the recipient is unavailable), or unclaimed shipments held by the courier agent.

When we receive undeliverable shipments, we will notify customers via email to arrange for reshipment. All reshipments incur handling fees plus reshipment fees that are the same as Cosmendy’s regular shipping fees. Reshipment fees will be applied regardless of the original shipment’s eligibility for free shipping. Additional courier charges for return shipping may also apply.

Most Express Shipping couriers will not deliver to Post Office (PO, APO, FPO, DPO) boxes. For more efficient delivery of your order, we advise that you not use a Post Office box when placing orders. Doing so may delay your shipment.

When ordering from Cosmendy, the customer is considered the importer of the purchased products and will be responsible for any customs tax, import duties, goods and services tax (GST), value added tax (VAT), or any similar customs-related fees. Customs policies vary by country and Cosmendy cannot make any guarantees as to whether or not shipments will be subject to customs-related fees. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

In addition to customs fees, customers may also incur other charges, such as administration or brokerage fees. These are handling charges incurred due to customs processing and clearance of your shipment. Customers are required to pay the relevant courier service upon delivery of the shipment.

All orders are processed at and shipped from our warehouse in South Korea

If customers refuse a package due to customs issues, including refusal to pay customs tax or duties, failure to provide requested documents, or other related issues, we will not be responsible for any refund or reshipment of the refused package.

Customers should contact their local customs office for information concerning banned items in their countries. We are required by law to declare our shipments according to their actual content and value. We cannot entertain requests to alter declaration values and/or content of shipments. If for any reason your local customs authorities confiscate any items from your order, Cosmendy is not responsible for reshipment or refund regarding the confiscated item(s).

Yes. Cosmendy is not responsible for costums taxes.

VAT (Value Added Tax) will be charged on all orders shipping to the United Kingdom regardless of payment currency used. Currently, the item prices displayed on product pages and order checkout are inclusive of a 20% VAT charge.

GST (Goods and Services Tax) will be charged on all orders shipping to Australia and New Zealand regardless of payment currency used. Currently, the item prices displayed on product pages are inclusive of a 10% or 15 % GST charge to Australia and New Zealand, respectively. GST will be automatically added to shipping fees when checking out.

Sales tax will be charged on all orders shipping to destinations in the following States regardless of the payment currency used. The sales tax amount is calculated based on the sales tax rate corresponding to your shipping address, and will be applied when checking out.

VAT ( Value Added Tax ) will be charged on all orders shipping to Norway regardless of payment currency used. Currently, the item prices displayed on product pages and order checkout are inclusive of a 25% VAT charge. VAT will be automatically added to shipping fees when checking out.
