Availability means this item is in stock at a regional warehouse and will be shipped out within 3 working days after you place an order. Actual delivery time depends on the Shipping Method selected.
Most of our items are in stock and ready for purchase. You can check an item's availability status on its product page. Please note, however, that availability information is estimated and there is a slight chance restocking may be delayed. If your order contains both items that are in stock and items that need to be restocked, typically your order will be shipped out all together when the restocked items are available.
There is a chance that we will not have enough physical stock when you order multiple quantities of a single item. In these cases, your order may take a longer time (e.g. 3-4 days availability) to arrange sourcing of the additional quantities. If our suppliers are unable to provide more of that item, an email notification will be sent to you regarding cancellation of the additional quantities.
For items marked as clearance, additional quantities may no longer be available and customers will be asked to adjust their purchase quantity when placing an order.
Third party sign in uses existing login information from an external authentication provider such as Facebook, Google, PayPal or Apple to sign in to Cosmendy. This simplifies the sign in process as the user will not have to create a specific Cosmendy account.
Cosmendy offers support for Facebook, Google and Instagram.
When you choose third party sign in, you will be presented with an authorization screen asking your permission for us to collect certain information from your third party account. If you confirm, we will collect your public profile information, which includes your email address, first name, last name and profile photo.
We currently do not have a printed catalogue, but we hope to offer one in the near future. All products can be browsed and purchased online at Cosmendy.com.

Every shipment comes with separate shipment invoices. To view each shipment invoice, click into “Order Details”, and then click the “View invoice for this shipment” link. Invoices contain important information such as payment total, credit deductions, shipping and handling charges, and items within the shipment.
Beauty brands develop new formulas and occasionally change product packaging to follow market trends. As such, a product may change packaging or have a slightly different texture when new formulas or versions are released.

Cosmendy Credit is store credit that can be used as "money" on our site. It has no expiration date and it can be applied to any future order.

You can check your Cosmdeny Credit record in the "Cosmendy Credit" section of “My Account.” You can view your updated Cosmendy Credit balance in this section. The remarks in each transaction clearly indicate which orders your credit has been applied to. Cosmendy Credit has no expiration date and there are no restrictions on using it to purchase items. Feel free to apply them to future orders at Cosmendy.
Coupons are issued to customers periodically via different promotions. The more you purchase, the greater the chance of receiving coupons. Redeeming your coupons at Cosmendy is very easy. Simply input the coupon code in the “Coupon” field during the checkout process and our system will automatically deduct the coupon amount from your order total. Coupons do have expiration dates and conditions, and expired coupons will not be extended for any reason.
The US$2 (or equivalent amount in other currencies) that you refer to represents an authorization or "pending" amount and is required by our third-party payment gateway to process your order. This authorization is not an actual transaction and will not be billed to your credit card. It should be removed from your credit card statement within several business days, depending on your credit card issuing bank's policies and procedures..
